There will be a box with a plus sign in it that says " Add Bluetooth or other device" click that and turn on the controller. In the Windows settings menu click Devices, this will bring up a new screen with a list of everything currently connected to the computer. For the PC version, players can use either a wired USB controller, which does all the work automatically, or pair a wireless one through Bluetooth.
